Eversource Energy Marketo Marketing Campaign Analyst in Westwood, Massachusetts

Job Description Summary:

The marketing campaign analyst will work as part of a motivated team that is responsible for increasing residential customer engagement and awareness of Eversource’s energy efficiency offerings. S/he will assist in developing and executing a digitally-focused communication strategy that motivates customers to take energy-saving actions and participate in energy efficiency programs. The position will require collaboration and coordination with multiple areas of the energy efficiency organization in addition to other customer-facing areas of Eversource.

  • Develops and implements marketing campaigns from start to finish (customer selection, content creation, execution, tracking metrics, evaluating and reporting on impact)
  • Drives projects focused on increasing awareness of and participation in Eversource’s energy efficiency programs
  • Assists with developing and implementing a communication strategy focused on the customer journey with string of communications over time (not just one-offs)
  • Collaborates with several areas of energy efficiency and others on content creation; aggregates and incorporate relevant information into communications
  • Effectively communicates campaign successes and failures to the team
  • Assists with designing communications that translate complex information into concise visuals
  • General interest using communications to influence customer behavior and motivating customers to be more energy efficient
  • Measures, tracks and reports results of projects and initiatives related to customer engagement

Qualifications:

  • Experience designing, executing, and tracking results of email campaigns
  • Experience using Marketo platform
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing best practices (subject lines, layout, distribution) and market test concepts (A/B testing)
  • Familiarity with behavioral science techniques a plus; use techniques to modify wording/presentation of information

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or environmental studies

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing or related field

Licenses & Certifications: Marketo Certification a plus
